SHIPPING POLICY

At LARA SOLER, we are proud to offer free shipping on all orders.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre. During periods of high demand, promotional events or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase and dispatched on the next working day after processing. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to amend your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at info.larasoler@gmail.com. Once your order has been processed, we will no longer be able to make changes.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After processing (1–3 working days), delivery times will depend on your location.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the estimated delivery time is:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 working days

For international orders, estimated delivery times are:

• Europe: 7–14 working days

• United States: 7–15 working days

• Canada: 7–16 working days

• Central America: 10–25 working days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10–26 working days

• Other countries: 11–30 working days

In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer than expected due to external logistical factors. In such cases, delivery may take up to 40 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order and stay updated on its delivery progress.
